What You'll Do:

  • Generate New Business: Prospect and connect with decision-makers at local and national brands through cold calling, referrals, networking, trade-show leads, business directories, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and Manage Your Pipeline: Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities, maintain accurate activity and next steps in the CRM, and move prospects from initial outreach through quote, close, and order execution.
  • Present Solutions and Grow Revenue: Conduct discovery conversations, identify client needs, present fleet graphics and vehicle advertising solutions, and consistently work toward sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate and Learn from Experienced Sales Leaders: Partner with Inside Sales and senior sales professionals on quotes, follow-up, client handoffs, project coordination, and mentorship as you strengthen your full-cycle sales skills.
  • Develop into a Full Account Executive: Gain hands-on experience with client relationships, on-site interactions, revenue management, and sales execution, with the opportunity to transition into a full Account Executive role based on performance.

Requirements

What It Takes to Win:

  • 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in inside/outside sales, business development, or customer-facing work (internship, job, athletics, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build rapport quickly
  • Coachable with a high willingness to learn and improve consistently
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and able to quickly learn CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; ability to travel locally (20-30%)
