We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a growing team in a high-volume support environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience in order entry, inventory coordination, or product-based customer support. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through resolution.
What You'll Do

  • Manage 50-100 customer tickets daily, primarily via email
  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system
  • Validate inventory and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and professional communication

  • Experience in order entry, customer support, or a product-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
