Job description

The Role and What You'll Do
WME seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Assistant to support an Agent with a multi-faceted practice at the intersection of talent, media, and business. The Agent works with musicians on the strategic brand and business partnerships that exist alongside their creative careers, and with entrepreneurs and creative founders to build new media platforms and revenue streams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about and knowledgeable about brand and creative partnerships at the intersection of entertainment and business culture but will prioritize providing comprehensive administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and internal coordination
  • Manage high volumes of email and communication flows, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses
  • Manage complex calendar and coordinate international meetings
  • Attend meetings as needed to capture detailed notes, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on key action items
  • Research and aid in preparing materials for pitch and presentation decks, including gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information and data for memos, reports, deal materials, and presentations across music, media, and business clients
  • Track and organize a diverse client roster spanning musicians, entrepreneurs, and creative founders, including deal status, deliverables, and cross-departmental touchpoints across the agency
  • Write pitches and identify opportunities for client roster in brand partnerships
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects on an as-needed basis

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
