What You'll Do 
As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members responding to residential and commercial property damage. Your responsibilities may include: 
  • Water extraction and structural drying after water damage
  • Mold remediation and small particle cleaning following industry standards
  • Crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects
  • Basement waterproofing and foundation crack repair
  • Demolition of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other building materials
  • Setting up dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment systems
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas
  • Equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Photographing and documenting work using company software
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout every project

  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training
  • Willingness to work after hours and out of state
