Green Home Solutions - Mold Remediation Technician (Mold Remediation, Odor Remediation, Indoor Air Quality Testing)

Hiring pay will be based on any current experience in mold remediation.  Beginning pay rate with no experience is $35,000 per year with an increase in rate once online training, field training and certification is completed.
 
Responsibilities - Mold Remediation Technician

  • Completing indoor air quality testing and providing solutions for poor air quality within Colorado: Conifer, Evergreen, Littleton, Centennial and Highlands Ranch areas.  
  •  Mold mitigation, basement and crawl space encapsulation, HVAC cleaning, odor mitigation and allergen control in home and business environments 
  • Provide proper customer service and support
  • Manage all testing, remediation and services to ensure proper processes.
  • Effectively use CRM system after training to complete jobs properly and coordinate with the team and customers.
  • Collaborate with team to find solutions and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications & Skills - Mold Remediation Technician
  • Pertinent technical degree or certification, and/or willingness to become certified in GHS offered courses and certifications:
    • 1 week of online training
    • On-the-job field training
    • Online ACAC certification (approximately 1 week)
  • Able to pass a standard background check
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Safety minded while driving
  • Awareness of health and safety issues
  • Ability to adapt to work schedules and flexible shifts
  • Excellent customer service, communication, time-management and self-management skills
