We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage, serving people on some of the worst days of their lives. That responsibility demands more than just technical skill. It requires integrity, reliability, and trust.
About the Role
As a Mold Remediation Technician, youll be part of a team responding to mold, water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. Youll help restore properties, support customers during stressful situations, and keep our equipment and job sites clean and professional.
No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow.
What Youll Do

  • Perform mold and water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
  • Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipmen
  • Clean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directed
  • Document job activity, moisture readings, drying progress, and equipment usage throughout each project
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
  • Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations
Requirements:

  • NYS Mold License and/or IICRC AMRT
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
  • Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
