Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant- PMO Analyst, you will:

  • Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking for a complex program or portfolio
  • Maintain the integrated master schedule, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and critical timelines
  • Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions and monitor ownership, due dates, status updates, and escalations
  • Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries for program leadership and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding coordination in a cleared environment while maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready PMO artifacts

  • 2+ years of PMO, project coordination, or project analyst experience supporting project or program delivery
  • 2+ years experience maintaining integrated master schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status tracking for projects or programs
  • 2+ years experience preparing recurring program reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting financial systems integration programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience supporting PMO governance routines, reporting cadences, and program controls

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
