Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, with flexibility to work from home several days per week.

As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms that enable advanced analytics and AI solutions for enterprise clients. Depending on your education and experience, candidates will be hired as either Data Engineer I or Data Engineer II.

You will work closely with consultants, software engineers, and client teams to ingest, transform, and model large datasets while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Building scalable cloud data platforms
  • Designing dimensional and semantic data models
  • Integrating data from enterprise systems and APIs
  • Optimizing data performance and reliability
  • Supporting AI and machine learning initiatives
  • Collaborating with consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with both technical and business stakeholders
