We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team on 2nd shift at our Trenton, NJ facility
Role Summary:
Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for assembling modules, components, and complete systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
Integrate various components into complete systems.
Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols.
Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience.
Professional experience as a metal worker, mechanical engineering technician, locksmith, or similar is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and a self-starter.
2nd Shift Hours: Mon-Fri (2:00pm- 10:30pm)
Compensation Range: $22.00/hr.--$37.00/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
