ROR Partners is looking for a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Ad Operations Associate. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the mechanics of digital advertising, campaign trafficking, and ad technology—no prior digital media experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:


Ad Trafficking & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in setting up, launching, and managing digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
  • Ensure all creative assets, tracking tags, and targeting parameters are correctly implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve trafficking issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct thorough QA checks to verify campaign setup accuracy before launch.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign performance, tracking, or delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues related to ad serving and data discrepancies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Support campaign monitoring to ensure ads are pacing correctly and delivering as expected.
  • Assist in compiling reports, pulling data from various platforms, and identifying key insights.
  • Work with senior team members to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Training & Skill Development

  • Participate in a structured training program that includes lectures, hands-on learning, testing, and group collaboration.
  • Develop expertise in ad-serving platforms, DSPs, and social media ad managers.
  • Stay up to date on emerging advertising technologies, trends, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any experience with digital marketing concepts, ad platforms, analytics tools, or coding (SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Annual Compensation: $45,000
  • Sign-On Bonus – $2,500 Paid upon completing the first three months of training.
  • Salary Growth – $2,500 salary increase at 6 months, and $2,500 increase at one year.
  • Clear opportunities for performance-based salary increases, with the potential to earn $50,000+ in the first year.
  • Opportunities for Hybrid Work – After demonstrating proficiency and confidence in your role, you may have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
