???? Key Responsibilities

MES System Development

  • Design and develop MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions using Agile/Sprint methodologies.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and procedures for MES customization.
  • Implement site-specific configurations to support smart factory processes and network-wide functionality.

System Integration & Testing

  • Collaborate with IT development teams to integrate MES data with middleware and enterprise systems.
  • Build Advantage Architect workflows and support SQL Server stored procedures.
  • Conduct unit and system testing, including documentation and deployment support.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide second-level production support for MES operations, including outages and process failures.
  • Offer emergency support on-call, including off-hours and holidays.
  • Work directly with client teams to ensure operational continuity and satisfaction.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Coordinate with management, users, and analysts to gather requirements and ensure MES solutions meet business needs.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and test plans.
  • Contribute to ongoing MES enhancements and future-proofing strategies.


???? Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✅ Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT system integration, solution development, or MES operations.
  • Experience with relational database systems like Oracle (SQL, Procedures, RDBMS).
  • Proficiency in Windows-based .NET C# WinForms or Java programming.

✅ Skills

  • Understanding of MES or production systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English or Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
