Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking an MES Support Technician to sustain legacy batch records and ensure compliance with business process and Quality requirements. The role involves collaborating with various teams, providing technical guidance, and managing support tickets related to the Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite.
Responsibilities:
• As an MES Support Technician, you will be responsible for sustaining legacy batch records to meet business process and Quality requirements.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Manage support tickets and on call requests for MES.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure GxP compliance.
• Develop and update Knowledge Base Articles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business to define MES updates required & update schedule.
• Author updates and changes to MES batch records, following GxP and SDLC protocols.
• Triage, investigate, resolve and manage all MES ServiceNow tickets.
• Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base.
• Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.
