Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead MES (Manufacturing Execution System) requirements analysis, solution architecture design, configuration, and implementation to support manufacturing operations.
  • Deploy, launch, and sustain MES systems across production environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, IT, automation, and supply chain) to align MES solutions with business and operational needs.
  • Manage MES project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, validation, and go-live support.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement for MES applications.
  • Develop, maintain, and review MES-related technical documentation, including system specifications, workflows, validation documents, and user guides.
  • Support integration of MES with ERP, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and other manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure MES solutions comply with applicable industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train end users and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of MES design specifications, architectures, and related industry standards.
  • Experience working with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor systems.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical MES solutions.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with leading MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, SAP ME/MII, Apriso, or similar).
  • Knowledge of system integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle), PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with validation practices, change management, and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or global MES deployments.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $70k -$100k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
