Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing execution systems and internal factory software. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining software and data infrastructure to support high-volume manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain internal manufacturing systems supporting production lines.
• Build tools that integrate MES, ERP, quality systems, and factory automation.
• Develop software services and APIs to connect machines, sensors, and factory databases.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards to monitor production performance.
• Implement systems for real-time tracking of parts, processes, and quality metrics.
• Improve traceability, production analytics, and manufacturing visibility.
• Integrate PLC systems, robotics, test equipment, and factory automation tools with internal software.
• Work closely with controls engineers, process engineers, and IT teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows in manufacturing operations.
• Optimize system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Partner with production, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Support factory ramp-up, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3 7+ years of experience in manufacturing systems or industrial software
• Experience with: MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Production data systems, Factory automation software
• Programming experience in at least one: Python, C#, Java, Go, JavaScript / Node.js
• Experience working with: SQL / NoSQL databases, APIs and microservices, Industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, etc.)
Preferred:
• Prior experience high-volume automated manufacturing companies
• Experience supporting Gigafactory-scale manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with: PLC systems, Robotics integration, SCADA systems, Industrial IoT platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
