Qualifications

Looking for someone to work retail, and has retail Merchandising experience ,Has experience reading and following a planogram or schematic cosmetic experience a plus, hours will vary with work load.

Must be available at least 3 days per week.....all work to be completed Monday-Thursday unless specified otherwise.

Hours not guaranteed - will vary based on clients needs

Must be available during business hours 7am to 6 pm. Occasional weekend work required. 

Must be willing to cover all locations within 30 miles of the primary work location listed on the req.

Will cover all classes of trade......grocery, big box, drug, c-stores.

Must have merchandising experience.....this means that they should know how to conduct distribution checks, build displays, cut in new items, make planogram revisions, distribute POS per client instructions, set up fixtures.

Must have experience with POGs/resets and available for reset work....team and solo. Cosmetic reset experience a plus!

Must have access to reliable transportation.

Must have internet access for daily reporting.

Knowledge of mobile devices (tablets, laptops) is preferred. 

Must be willing to travel up to 40+ miles for team resets.

Must be able to cover early morning (5:00 a.m.) and overnight seasonal resetsHours not guaranteed - will vary based on Client's needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution objectives 

Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled 

Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed. 

Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives 

Completes required training and certification programs. 

Engage every work day with CROSSMARK'S communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work. 

Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned. 

Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and clients work-withs. 

Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives. 

Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment. 

Follows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities. 

This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.
