Job Title: Electronic Health Records Transfer SpecialistLocation: Reidman CampusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PMStart Date: ASAP Project Overview We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to support a 3–4 month project focused on transferring electronic health records from ECW to Epic as part of a system shutdown. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of care for approximately 5,000 patients, including processing 900 authorizations and managing prebooked patient data. Responsibilities Extract patient records from ECW and input them into Epic Ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred data Meet daily productivity targets (30–40 records/day) Collaborate with internal teams and follow established protocols Submit finalized records in PDF format to Epic ✅ Requirements Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently Comfortable navigating electronic health record systems Prior experience in healthcare data entry or records management preferred Timeline Department goes live: January 21 Project start: January 26 or February 1
