Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist who enjoys keeping things accurate, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring orders are entered correctly, supporting our same-day shipping goals, and helping deliver a great customer experience. You'll work closely with multiple teams across the company, solve problems as they arise, and help keep operations moving efficiently. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating with others, and making an impact through accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Challege Yourself - The Specifics:
  • Performs order entry according to standard operating procedures and the company's same-day shipping goals
  • Responds to customers promptly via phone and email
  • Documents conversations concisely with enough detail for others to understand upon review
  • Effectively responds to and prioritizes multiple requests for service from customers and colleagues
  • Collaborates with the Distribution Center, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments as directed by the Leadership Team
  • Interacts and engages with Operations and Shipping departments to resolve shipment issues and ensure orders and products ship on time and accurately
  • Proactively communicates issues to management and follows established order management processes
  • Assists in developing workflow improvements, including process enhancements
  • Appropriately escalates more complex or sensitive customer issues to the Leadership Team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of data entry, order entry, or customer service experience in a complex environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Enjoys order entry and has very strong data entry skills
  • Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous/detailed oriented
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; learns and synthesizes information quickly
  • Is adaptable and flexible
