Pay: $27.93/hour
Additional Earnings: Overtime opportunities available in your first year
Premium Pay: 1.5x pay for overtime and 2x pay for Sundays
Schedule: Rotating 21-7 Schedule
  • 7 days of 6:45am-2:45pm, 7 days of 2:45pm-10:45pm, 7 days of 10:45pm-6:45am, and 7 days off)

Amcor is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team as a General Plant Spare Hand. This entry-level manufacturing role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production processes while supporting operations across the facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
  • Train and work as a Rewind, Blown Film, Coating, or Press Assistant based on production needs.
  • Support production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in OSHA and site-required safety training.
  • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Must Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work all shifts within a rotating 21-7 schedule.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
