Job description

About Focus LCDs

We allow machines to visually communicate with humans. At Focus LCDs, we manufacture LCD display modules for OEMs worldwide — products that show up in medical devices, military equipment, industrial control systems, and commercial electronics. If it has a screen smaller than 10 inches, there’s a good chance someone like us helped make it possible.

We’ve made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies twice. We’re a lean team in Chandler, Arizona with global reach and a track record that puts us in the same conversation as companies ten times our size. We’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to keep our sales pipeline organized, our customers informed, and our product information accurate. This is an entry-level, full-time position based in our Chandler, AZ office.

The work spans sales support, marketing assistance, and product management. None of it requires prior industry experience — what it requires is someone who is precise, reliable, and takes ownership of their work. If you’re the kind of person who notices what’s missing and fixes it, this role was written for you.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

•        Create sales quotes and sales orders; prepare and send to customers accurately and on time

•        Track and update delivery schedules; proactively advise customers of delivery dates and coordinate appropriate shipping methods

•        Manage customer follow-ups, opportunity tracking, and sample status updates to keep the pipeline moving

•        Conduct routine follow-up with key accounts to check on requirements and next steps

•        Handle inbound inquiries through our company email and general mailbox — every customer gets a response within 24 hours, no exceptions

•        Support RMA processing: communicate directly with customers on return requests and coordinate internally with the quality team through to resolution

Marketing Support

•        Create and schedule content posts across our marketing channels

•        Draft, format, and distribute marketing materials including blog articles and product announcements

•        Maintain our content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing cadence

Product Management

•        Maintain accurate product listings across our website and distributor platforms

•        Gather, organize, and update product documentation including specifications, datasheets, and technical data

•        Source and manage product images; ensure listings are complete and professionally presented

•        Support new product introductions from documentation through to live listing

What We’re Looking For

We care more about who you are than what’s on your resume. Here’s what matters:

•        Obsessive attention to detail — this is the single most important thing on this list; accuracy matters more than speed

•        Reliability and follow-through — you do what you say you’ll do, every time, without being chased

•        Strong written communication — you will represent our company in writing every single day

•        Ownership mentality — you don’t need a complete set of instructions to get started; you figure it out

•        Willingness to do whatever the role requires, at any level — customer-facing or behind the scenes

Nice to Have

•        Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP Business One is a plus)

•        Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B environments

•        Associate or bachelor’s degree in any field where you learned to think clearly, communicate well, and solve problems

Compensation & Benefits

•        $45,000 – $55,000 annual salary, depending on experience

•        PTO accrual begins at day 90 at a rate of two weeks per year

•        3 days paid sick time annually

•        11 paid holidays annually

•        Dental and vision insurance available

Why Focus LCDs

•        No homework. We never ask anyone to work weekends or stay late. Your best effort on-site — and zero work off-hours.

•        Real ownership, fast. You’re not employee number 847. You’ll work directly with leadership, watch how decisions get made, and see your work drive real results.

•        Room to grow. This role is designed to expand. We want someone who sees this as a starting point, not a stopping point.

•        Small team, big reach. Global customers. Inc. 5000 two consecutive years. The math works because everyone here brings more than their job description.
