Job description

Overview Digital Marketing Project Manager โ€” Part Time As a Project Manager at Digital Delane, you are responsible for managing multiple client projects across multiple production teams within our highly optimized systems and processes. This role will focus almost entirely on managing Marketing aspects of projects. You will be a key player in ensuring that projects are successfully completed given the constraints of timeline, budget, personnel, and materials.

Ultimately, the Project Manager's performance will directly impact that goal. About Us Digital Delane is a full-service LA-based digital agency serving clients across the US and beyond. Our talented team provides comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to elevate brands and convert audiences into loyal, engaged brand advocates and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational aspects of dozens of projects while working with a team of digital marketing personnel. Assist with the creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Conduct frequent check-ins with all clients and internal stakeholders.

Communicate progress, demonstrate the operations of web products, and collect feedback. Ensure required documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; participate in their creation where necessary. Manage project budget, monitor for overages, and advise client and internal stakeholders on impending budgetary events.

Identify resources needed to complete individual tasks in conjunction with other key members of teams. Work effectively and efficiently with team members in other departments, including but not limited to: Sales, Project Managers, Design, and Development. Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Provide the Account Executive and Project Coordinator with full updates on your meetings with clients. This will include explaining deliverables and expected deadlines in detail. Attendance and participation in marketing project kickoffs, meetings, and reviews.

Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc. Create and maintain a deliverables timeline calendar for projects. Manage quality control of all deliverables.

Get final approval from team and/or client before changing tickets to "Done" Prepare before client meetings to ensure quality communication of deliverables and to answer questions Develop an approval process for work outside of established strategies Digital Marketing Duties/Specifications Up to date industry knowledge on advertising trends. Ability to assess and decide on KPIs for Digital Marketing projects to track throughout the process. Experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns.

Included but not limited to: social, display, retargeting, influencer/social proof and email campaigns. Ability to decide on appropriate placements and channels for paid and organic channels. Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO, heatmap tools and other various insights.

Up-to-date industry knowledge on advertising trends. Develop, implement and manage social media strategies. Manage and oversee social media content.

Measure the success of various campaigns across multiple channels. Experience working within social media marketing tools such as Agorapulse, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other various tracking programs.

Possess the ability to use these tools to track and analyze website traffic and relate into campaign reporting. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience with audience and persona research & creation.

Experience working within Asana, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Wordpress or any comparable CMS. Collaborative and open working environment. Work from home position.
