As a Manufacturing Build Technician (Entry-Level), you will assemble, disassemble, and repair assigned product lines, drawing on basic product knowledge, sound production practices, and steady hands with common hand and power tools. A rush order comes in. You review the work instructions, select the right tools, and assemble core components to spec. You notice a component quality concern, alert the right team, and update inventory records. You capture every step in the ERP system, keep your station tidy, and suggest a small process tweak that improves flow—all while meeting quality, quantity, and efficiency expectations.

On this team, you will
  • Assemble fundamental components per documented work instructions using hand and power tools and related equipment.
  • Produce entry-level products that meet quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications—every time.
  • Communicate clearly about expedited orders, component quality issues, and inventory record needs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Support and recommend safety practices and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized, orderly work environment.
  • Ensure system accuracy by recording transactions within the ERP operating system.
