Entry-Level Machine Loader / Production Associate

1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual for an entry-level manufacturing position. This role is responsible for loading and unloading machines, following work instructions, and supporting safe, quality-focused production operations. No prior machining experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload production machines efficiently and safely.
  • Read, understand, and follow job instructions and work orders.
  • Perform basic computer data entry and job tracking functions.
  • Learn and use measuring and inspection equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and other gaging instruments.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow established quality procedures.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines.
  • Successfully complete on-site forklift training and operate equipment as authorized.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
