Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for an Entry Level Manager to fill a positionat our BURTON Store located at 4095 E Court St (across from Courtland Center Mall) in Burton, MI.
$17.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff
  • Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations
  • Organize and maintain sales floor and displays
  • Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals
  • Delegate essential tasks
  • Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures
