AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee!

If you’re competitive, goal-oriented, enjoy working with people, and want to build a career in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership, this could be the opportunity for you.

No previous management or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on experience to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from the ground up while gaining real-world experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.

  • Educate customers about auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

  • Support customer outreach, promotions, and marketing initiatives

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Work toward individual and team sales goals

  • Learn daily business operations and administrative processes

  • Develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills

  • Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and performance grow

  • Assist with training and supporting new team members as you advance
