AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team and develop skills in sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and leadership.
This is an entry-level management development position designed for individuals who are motivated to learn and interested in building a long-term career. No previous management or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
The Management Trainee will begin by learning our customer service, sales, marketing, and daily operating procedures. As the employee develops experience and demonstrates strong performance, additional responsibilities may become available.
