For over 8 years, we have partnered with nationally recognized companies in the telecommunications, technology, hospitality, and energy industries to help expand customer acquisition and brand growth throughout the Upstate region.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals interested in developing leadership, communication, and business management skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The Entry Level Management Trainee position is designed for individuals who are looking to develop into future leadership and management roles within our organization.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. No previous management experience is required.

Individuals in this role will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Sales and customer acquisition

  • Team leadership and development

  • Territory and campaign management

  • Communication and public speaking

  • Recruiting and interviewing

  • Business operations and client relations

We are looking for candidates who are competitive, coachable, professional, and motivated to grow within a performance-driven company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions

  • Conduct presentations with residential homeowners and small business customers

  • Learn territory management and lead generation strategies

  • Participate in daily leadership development and team training sessions

  • Assist with campaign coordination and customer support

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Work alongside leadership and management teams on performance goals

  • Develop communication and leadership skills through hands-on experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Leadership potential and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Comfortable speaking face-to-face with customers

  • Reliable transportation throughout the Upstate area

Training & Schedule

Monday - Friday

  • 10:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM - Leadership Development & Team Meetings

  • 1:30 PM โ€“ 7:30 PM - Customer & Territory Work

Saturday

Additional campaigns or events as needed

This role combines professional development with real-world business experience and mentorship.
