Schedule: Rotating Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is responsible for supporting production operations by feeding materials into equipment, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and production leads.
  • Feed materials into production equipment or place products into kits and display boxes.
  • Remove finished products from equipment and stack them on skids or pack them into designated boxes.
  • Complete skid flags, packaging tickets, and other production documentation accurately.
  • Prepare boxes and packaging materials for shipping.
  • Apply shipping and product labels to boxes according to job specifications.
  • Assemble materials into bundles as required by production orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines while working around moving machinery.
  • Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • No previous manufacturing experience or certifications required.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and established work procedures.
  • Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the work shift.
