Temp to Hire Role - Quick Start!

If you are an early riser with experience working in the heat in a warehouse setting--this may be the role for you! We are looking for a CNC Machine operator to work at a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse in Zebulon, NC. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, communicating with supervisor/team, and keeping up with a fast paced work flow. Entry-level friendly. Hablamos Espanol!


Position: Machine Operator

Shift: 1st shift, M-F 5am-3:30pm; optional OT weekly

Pay Rate: Base $13.00/hr. PLUS $100 attendance bonus paid every 2 weeks

Pay Schedule: Base pay, paid weekly


Responsibilities include:

  • Operate and adjust Production Machinery
  • Perform visual inspections and ensure quality standards
  • Work with your mentor for 1 week of on-the-job training

Requirements:

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience or entry-level applicants welcome
  • Able to work in a HOT environment
  • 1 year operating production machines is a plus
  • Reliable transportation & good attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot environment for up to 10 hours a day
  • Must be a team player & safety-conscious
