Job description

IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operator – Zebulon
Starting Pay: $13.00-14.50/hr + $100 attendance bonus (paid every 2 weeks)
Weekly Pay + Medical & Dental Insurance

Whether you're an early riser or prefer a later shift, we have opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shift. We are looking for CNC Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse in Zebulon, NC. This role involves operating production machinery, working safely in a hot warehouse environment, communicating , and maintaining a strong production pace. Entry-level friendly. Spanish & English friendly.

Shift:

1st Shift -- 5AM - 3:30PM (Mon-Thurs) + Optional OT on Fridays

OR

2nd Shift – 3pm-1:30am (Mon-Thurs) + Optional OT on Fridays

Requirements:

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience or entry-level applicants welcome
  • 1 year operating production machines a plus
  • Reliable transportation & good attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot environment for up to 10 hours a day
  • Must be a team player & safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust injection molding machinery
  • Perform visual inspections and ensure quality standards
  • Work with your mentor for 1 week of on-the-job training
