About the Role
Operate and support a fast-paced production line, machine, or palletizer to help create high-quality hygiene products. You'll follow clear specifications and SOPs while keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently. As a key part of the shift team, you'll play a hands-on role in driving strong machine performance and delivering great results.
Schedule: 3rd Shift Part Time- 10.:30PM to 7AM
What You Will Do
  • An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
  • Works within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others' safety
  • Transport and scan shippers to area.
  • Monitor changeovers to scan off shippers.
  • Fill packaging robots with shippers as needed.
  • Change pesters bundling film as needed.
  • Change tape into case packers as needed.
  • Clear jams and monitor generic printer.
  • Feeds Webbing grinder with the rework fiber/cotton material.
  • Maintains strict control of all raw material usages, and product yields. Complete required in process inspection per the area requirements.
  • Monitors grinder operation to assure all operating parameters are being maintained.
  • Required to utilize manual or automated pallet jack for material/product movement. Supplies Production lines with necessary raw materials.
  • Maintains production, batch, and quality records as required.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies in dedicated area. Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials.
  • Respond to Filter house alarm and clean accordingly. Place correct recycle material in designated area.

Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Basic mathematical, computer literacy skills
  • Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Quick learner
  • Be able to work overtime, flexible hours, and weekends, as needed or required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $16.41 per hour + full benefits.
Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
