Not into desk jobs? At BCI Solutions, Inc., we turn gray and ductile iron castings into precision components for customers who demand consistency and grit. We’re adding entry-level machinists on 2nd and 3rd shift—and we’ll train the right person.

A day in the life
  • Run CNC machining centers and lathes to transform iron castings into finished parts.
  • Load and unload castings safely and efficiently to keep production moving.
  • Inspect parts and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Learn machine basics—offsets, tooling, and good setup practices—with hands-on coaching.
  • Read work instructions and follow strict quality standards every time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to hit schedule and quality targets.
What you bring
  • Manufacturing background preferred; CNC or machining exposure is a plus.
