Job description

Now hiring for a Junior/Entry-Level Shipping Clerk to support day-to-day inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment processes with a small team in San Jose. The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, paying $22/hr with weekly pay!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update inventory and order tracking using Excel (basic navigation and data entry; no advanced formulas required)

  • Pack and fulfill customer orders across platforms including Shopify, Zoho, and Amazon

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others

  • Prepare and process international shipping documentation, including taxes, duties, and customs requirements

  • Monitor inventory movement and identify trends in stock activity

  • Participate in team meetings and confidently share insights on inventory flow and operational trends

Qualifications
  • Experience with order fulfillment, shipping, or logistics operations

  • Familiarity with international shipping processes, including customs, duties, and documentation

  • Basic working knowledge of Excel (comfortable navigating spreadsheets and updating data)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable speaking up in meetings and contributing observations or recommendations

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Zoho, Amazon) is a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
