Job Description

EarthCam is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support daily logistics and shipping operations through shipment coordination, documentation management, carrier communication, and shipment tracking activities.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and shipment documentation
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules with carriers
  • Verify shipping documentation and order accuracy prior to shipment
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams
  • Assist with domestic and international shipping activities
  • Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics documentation
  • Support inventory and warehouse coordination as needed
  • Assist with routine logistics and administrative tasks
  • Support daily logistics operations and workflow
