Position Description Summary:

Supervisesย production associates who are performing tasks related to loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials utilizing multiple systems and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and their components.

Principal Accountability:

  • Oversees, organizes, and coordinatesย cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns
  • Ensures adequate safetyย measuresย are followed to protect personnel and property
    ย 
  • Advises subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.
    ย 
  • Monitors work and examines production areas for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
    ย 
  • Recommends and implements documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety

  • Performs or assists subordinates in performance of duties.

Assignment Complexityย - Utilization of multiple internal and external systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy

Essential Functions:

Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Knowledge and Skills:This is an entry level leadership role. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Generally prefer 3-6 years' experience in material handling operations.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $66,835.00 - $80,202.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
