Entry Level
On-site Position

What you will be responsible for: The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management teams in the successful delivery of assigned projects. This includes preparing and monitoring comprehensive project plans and schedules and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. A successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work proactively and collaboratively, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and handle multiple projects at once.
Educational / Experience Requirements:
  • Undergrad in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Teams, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Effective time management.
Other Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to speak/understand Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when necessary.
  • Be a self-starter.
How you will contribute:
Under supervision, the Project Coordinator will assist strategic projects utilizing project management disciplines and techniques.
  • Maintain and track project plans, schedules, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Document meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Assist Project Manager in identifying and assigning resources needed for project tasks.
  • Analyze project risks and opportunities.
  • Provide information and continuous support to stakeholders.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and details.
  • Execute project plan in collaboration with Project Team.
