Concordia at Kennedy is seeking two friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team!
This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a limited weekend requirement.
The part time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 4-8 PM with a limited weekend requirement.

What You'll Do as a Receptionist?
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and residents
  • Support administrative and office functions as needed
  • Help ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming
  • Serve as an important communication hub for the community
