Salary Range: $56,000 - $105,000 annually(Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all client matters
  • Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
  • Prepare estimated tax payments for individuals and businesses
  • Research tax issues and provide well-supported conclusions
  • Respond to IRS and state tax notices
  • Develop an understanding of clients' businesses and financial objectives
  • Identify potential ethical, independence, or conflict-of-interest issues and escalate to management as needed
  • Utilize and build proficiency in tax software, workflow systems, and internal procedures
  • Follow established firm processes, practices, and quality standards
  • Produce accurate, high-quality work in compliance with taxing authorities, GAAP, and firm policies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of IRS Circular 230 and the AICPA Professional Code of Conduct
  • Participate in community events, networking, recruiting activities, and firm-sponsored initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited university
    • Accounting or Business Economics preferred
  • OR actively pursuing a professional certification from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
