**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Eviction Coordinator to fill an entry level position with our team at our Real Estate Law firm. You will be assisting the Attorneys and Paralegals in their day-to-day as we all work to properly manage our clients’ cases. Whether you are calendaring hearing notices, preparing motions, providing updates to our clients, or gathering documents for a hearing, you will be an integral part of our firm's success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a law firm/in the legal industry is encouraged, however not required as we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate eviction processes by managing legal documentation and case files.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and document management.
  • Experience with Adobe and proficiency with computers.
