Job Summary

We''re seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and support of enterprise business applications. This leadership role will oversee the Enterprise Applications, Desktop Engineering, and Application Development teams while partnering with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Enterprise Applications, Desktop Engineering, and Application Development teams.
  • Develop and execute the enterprise applications roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage enterprise application implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and production deployments.
  • Drive application governance, change management, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
  • Manage vendors, software licensing, contracts, and technology budgets.
  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of enterprise applications leadership experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong background in enterprise application implementations, integrations, migrations, and modernization.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, enterprise business applications, document management systems, and workflow platforms.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, governance, licensing, and application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
