Job Description
B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations is looking for a curious, motivated writer to join our creative team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who loves writing, asking questions, and learning how brands connect with audiences.
You'll work alongside experienced creative directors, art directors, and account teams to develop content for a wide range of clients, including healthcare, education, tourism, and other industries that make a real impact in our community.
You don't need agency experience to succeed here. We're more interested in strong writing skills, curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Please note this is an onsite position.
What You'll Do
  • Write website copy, landing pages, blogs, emails, and social media content
  • Assist in developing advertising campaigns and creative concepts
  • Conduct research and interview clients or subject matter experts
  • Adapt your writing style to fit different brands and audiences
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research and content development
  • Contribute to creative discussions
  • Support in proofreading and quality assurance

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking, curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Ability to organize information and tell a compelling story
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and revising work
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
