At The Pond Digger, we build living water features: custom ponds, waterfalls, and aquatic ecosystems designed for koi, turtles, ducks, wildlife, and the people who enjoy them.

Every project is different. Our team combines excavation, rock placement, irrigation, landscaping, and construction skills to create outdoor spaces that people stop and stare at. At the end of a project, our crew can stand back and say, "We built that."

We are a family-run company growing our brand and our team in a big way. We are looking for dependable people who want to learn a specialized trade, develop their skills, and build a future with a strong team.

Pay & Benefits
  • $17–$23 per hour, based on experience and skill level
