This role requires direct landscape maintenance operations management experience combined with strong administrative and analytical capabilities.

Applicants should have hands-on experience managing landscape maintenance crews, client accounts, and day-to-day field operations, along with the ability to track performance, analyze data, and manage operational reporting (KPIs, labor, and service metrics).

This position is best suited for candidates with experience in:

  • Landscape maintenance operations (not installation-only or construction-only environments)
  • Supervising multiple landscape crews and managing service delivery
  • Client account management within the landscaping industry
  • Administrative responsibilities including reporting, proposals, and documentation
  • Using data, KPIs, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making
  • Bilingual in Spanish

About Sea Crest Services: Sea Crest Services is a growing, established landscape maintenance provider serving Orange County. We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader to drive operational execution, client satisfaction, and team performance across assigned accounts.


Position Overview: The Landscape Operations Manager (Field & Account Portfolio) is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing client portfolios while actively supporting field operations when needed. This position is designed to bridge the gap between field crews and administration, ensuring alignment in service delivery, compliance, and communication.

This role requires a balance of tactical execution and operational leadership, with direct involvement in time and labor oversight, workers’ compensation initial reporting, and employee relations in collaboration with Human Resources and Safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client satisfaction and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and client walkthroughs to ensure service quality
  • Prepare and present proposals for extra work, enhancements, and maintenance services
  • Proactively recommend landscape improvements to clients
  • Oversee and support multiple crews, equipment, and daily operations
  • Perform field work as needed to support operations and ensure service continuity
  • Manage time and labor processes, including timesheet oversight and accuracy
  • Support initial workers’ compensation reporting in coordination with HR and Safety
  • Participate in and support disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR
  • Maintain documentation including payroll support, invoicing, proposals, punch lists, and reporting
  • Schedule and ensure completion of work orders, punch list items, and extra work
  • Attend client and board meetings as needed
  • Drive account growth through retention and additional service opportunities
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience
  • Active Landscaping Certification (QAL) and/or Arborist Certification (Required)
  • Active irrigation systems certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
