Join a growing team providing professional commercial landscape maintenance throughout Southern California.


Position Summary: The Landscape Driver / Crew Laborer safely transports crew members, equipment, and materials to and from assigned jobsites while actively performing landscape maintenance duties throughout the workday. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with Company safety policies.
Responsibilities
  • Safely transport employees to and from assigned jobsites.
  • Operate Company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and Company policies.
  • Perform landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, planting, cleanup, and other labor tasks.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Ensure equipment, tools, and materials are properly secured during transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Company vehicle.
  • Promote and enforce safe conduct while transporting employees.
  • Immediately report unsafe acts, accidents, policy violations, or damage involving the vehicle or crew.
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment.

  • Transportar de manera segura a los empleados hacia y desde los sitios de trabajo.
  • Operar vehículos de la empresa conforme a las leyes de tránsito y políticas de la compañía.
  • Realizar labores de jardinería como cortar césped, orillar, podar, soplar, plantar, limpieza y otras actividades manuales.
  • Realizar inspecciones diarias del vehículo e informar cualquier problema mecánico o de seguridad.
  • Asegurar correctamente las herramientas, equipos y materiales durante el transporte.
  • Mantener el vehículo limpio y en buenas condiciones.
  • Promover y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad durante el transporte del personal.
  • Reportar inmediatamente cualquier conducta insegura, accidente, daño o violación de políticas.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

? Valid California Driver License

? Clean DMV driving record

? Minimum age: 25 years (required by the Company's commercial vehicle insurance policy)

? Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of licensed driving experience (required regardless of minimum legal driving age)

? Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions

? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

? Reliable transportation to assigned reporting location

? Landscaping experience preferred, but training may be provided
