Jaguar Land Rover Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers about necessary service for their general maintenance needs
  • Help identify the customer's primary concern and also present other maintenance needs when appropriate
  • Communicate professionally and clearly about inspection results, then present corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs
  • Prepare repair orders showing time, cost and labor estimates for service
  • Accurately describe the customer's concern to the technician
  • Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer
  • Schedule service appointments and loaner/rental cars when appropriate, in order to provide a streamlined and seamless experience for the customer
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (CSI)
  • Perform federal, state, and manufacturer mandated recalls
  • Complete any training required by the manufacturer or Rosenthal Automotive

Jaguar Land Rover Service Advisor Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of service writing experience or sales experience recommended
  • High-line, luxury automotive experience preferred, not required
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
  • Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
