What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Agent in the Veteran market, you'll guide our nations veterans and family members through one of the most important decisions they'll make โ€” protecting the people they love. Day-to-day, that looks like:

  • Connecting with clients to understand their needs, financial goals, and family situation
  • Presenting tailored solutions including term life, whole life, and supplemental coverage
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultation through closing and application processing
  • Building long-term relationships through policy reviews, check-ins, and claims support

  • Hitting (and beating) goals with the support of a team that's invested in your success
  • Operating compliantly within all state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
  • Coachable and eager to learn from top performers
  • Customer-first mindset with natural problem-solving instincts
  • Leadership potential โ€” we love promoting from within
  • Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus (but we'll train the right person)

What's In It For You

  • 100% remote โ€” design your own schedule and workspace
  • Weekly training calls and 1:1 mentorship from industry leaders
  • Incentive trips to destinations like Dublin, Tulum, Cabo, and Cancun
  • Performance rewards including Jeep Wranglers, MacBook Pros, and Airbnb getaways
  • Real growth path with clear opportunities to move into leadership
  • Supportive team culture โ€” remote doesn't mean alone
