Our client, a cause-based marketing agency in Austin, develops marketing campaigns that create social change for clients in the environment, transportation, education, health, and humanitarian aid sectors.

Weâre looking for someone whoâs hyper organized, flexible with quick requests and changing deadlines and loves working with people. If youâre a traffic or project manager who thrives on order and details, we want to hear from you!

Major Responsibilities:

o   Assist in digital production and management (i.e., curating social media posts, scheduling posts for publishing).

o   Receive creative briefs and schedule jobs for all media including digital ad assets, social media content, print collateral, out-of-home, signage, direct mail, manuals, and promotion items.

o   Working closely with account teams, digital media teams, digital strategy/development/production teams, and print production team, manage creative job workflow from start to finish.

o   In consultation with executive creative director, director of creative services, digital creative directors and producers, distribute and assign work requests to relevant parties.

o   Keep agency creative server and project management tool organized and correctly labeled.

o   Manage and maintain agencyâs project management tool. Set up jobs, assign tasks, route creative for review and keep job threads organized.

o   Support digital creative directors and producers in finalizing and populating assets in digital review and management platforms (e.g., Meta Creative Hub / Business Suite, HeyOrca).

-      Schedule posts for publishing on social media platforms.

-      Assist with curation of social media posts.

o   Monitor progress of ongoing jobs for adherence to schedule leading to release.

o   Help with video production management tasks, like PO creation

o   Communicate job updates to all parties involved.

o   Enforce agency process to ensure all jobs are correctly reviewed.

o   Review rounds of creative to ensure all needed revisions are made.

o   Juggle resources; coordinate design and production staff and freelance workloads.

o   Manage translation requests and work with third party translators.

o   Coordinate finding and onboarding freelancers.

o   Secure required approvals throughout all stages of the production cycle.

o   Maintain client brand standards and guidelines.

o   Review web-published materials for accessibility.

o   Support job status/production meetings.

Position Requirements:

o   Bachelorâs degree

o   2+ years of experience in traffic or project management within an advertising agency or communications department.

o   Knowledge of digital asset and print production.

o   Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills.

o   Ability to manage a heavy workload and manage complicated, simultaneous jobs.

o   Precise attention to detail.

o   Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

o   Strong interpersonal skills.

o   Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o   Excellent computer skills. We are a Mac office using Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time staff position with hours Monday through Friday. Candidate should plan to work two to three days in the office. When remotely working, candidate needs a reliable internet connection for working with large files off a cloud-based server.
