The Junior Project Manager will identify vendor partnerships, coordinate communication, maintain internal tools and documentation, and drive vendor and system-related workflows that keep our clinical trials moving forward.

Junior Project Manager's Main Objective

Overall, the Junior Project Manager is responsible for helping clinical operations teams stay organized, prepared, and aligned as clinical trials move from planning to execution:

  • Coordinate project details, follow-ups, and action items that support clinical trial readiness across DelRicht locations
  • Own vendor communication, account coordination, and tracking efforts to equip our clinics with the resources needed to activate new clinical trials
  • Maintain Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, internal trackers, templates, and study-related documentation with accuracy and consistency
  • Support clear communication between internal teams, clinical sites, and external partners by gathering information, sharing updates, and escalating needs appropriately
  • Prepare organized materials, summaries, and operational resources that help clinical teams launch studies successfully

Skills needed to win

  • Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Required: 1+ year of professional experience
  • Required: Strong organization, communication, and time management skills. a
  • Preferred: Experience in account management, healthcare operations, medical device sales, business development, or other detail-oriented professional environments is highly desirable.
  • This is an onsite Monday-Friday position. Priority will be given to local candidates.
  • Comfort with medical terminology, electronic medical record systems, written communication, and learning technical computer systems is important for success in this role.
