Positions currently available at the following locations: East campus at 9810 Bluegrass Parkway or Midcity campus at 1405 E. Burnett Avenue 

Key Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Behavior Technician at BCA, you will:

  • Training and Instruction: Work closely with Lead Instructors and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to create training materials and teaching programs for learners.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with Lead Instructors, Program Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Commitment to Learners: Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily and complete Communication Logs for learners under your care.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional working environment, embracing constructive feedback and demonstrating effective instructional skills.
  • Data Management: Keep up with daily data graphing, record cold probe and behavior data, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
  • Family Engagement: Communicate with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner, keeping them informed about learners' progress.
  • Team Player: Follow the general operations of your assigned team and accurately complete timesheets for billing purposes.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate reliability and accountability.
  • Excel in client service, tactfully managing various situations, and striving for continuous improvement.

  • Complete the RBT certification process within the first 60 days of employment.

Physical Requirements: You must be physically capable of:

  • Engaging with clients, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Tolerating exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, odors, and weather extremes.

Hours of Operation: BCA operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. RBTs may be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on that day.
