El IT Technician II esresponsable de garantizar el optimo funcionamiento de los sistemas, equipos yaccesos de Bella Group.
Responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:
- Identificar y resolver problemas tecnicos (incluyendo instalaciones, reparaciones, e integridad del sistema) en computadoras y equipos relacionados.
- Identificar y resolver problemas de software, incluyendo instalacion, modificacion y remocion.
- Realizar asistencia de segundo nivel.
- Manejar las asistencias tecnicas con suplidores externos.
- Manejar los controles de accesos y seguridad de las facilidades.
- Hacer uso del sistema de Help Desk para el proceso de todas sus tareas desde la asignacion hasta la resolucion del problema o solicitud.
- Documentar cambios y actualizaciones de los sistemas y/o equipos.
- Asistir diariamente a los usuarios de la red y sistemas asociados ya sea via telefonica, en persona o remoto.
- Realizar inventario fisico de equipos tecnologicos.
- Mantener un inventario saludable de equipos de repuestos acorde a las necesidades de la empresa.
- Conocer y mantener el directorio de personal activo de la empresa.
- Realizar back-ups.
- Creacion y modificacion del directorio activo y licenciamiento asociado de MS Azure.
- Mantenimiento de la Integridad de la data de la empresa y sus procesos asociados en MS Sharepoint.
- Disponibilidad para responder a emergencias operacionales en todo momento.
- Cualquier otra tarea o funcion necesaria para el buenfuncionamiento del Departamento de IT y la Empresa.
Requisitos minimos del puesto:
- Bachillerato en Sistemas de Informacion, Ciencias en Computadoras o campo relacionado.
- Certificacion en A+ preferible.
- Experiencia en A+ Networking y Security.
- Al menos 5 anos de experiencia en apoyo tecnico de segundo nivel.
- Licencia de conducir vigente en P.R.
- Experiencia en Manejo y Configuracion de Plataformas en la nube (AZURE)
- Experiencia en Manejo y Configuracion del Portal Administrativo de Microsoft Office 365.
- Mantener confidencialidad de informacion y documentos.
- Conocimiento avanzado en aplicaciones de la suite de Microsoft.
- Conocimiento avanzado en Sistemas Operativos Windows y Mac.
- Poder levantar y mover equipos de hasta 50 libras.
- Destrezas orientadas al servicio al cliente.
- Poder trabajar con poca supervision.
- Excelente comunicacion escrita y oral en espanol e ingles
