IT Help Desk Support Specialist
Entry-Level
Reports to: IT Specialist (Thomas Jung)
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly), Individual Contributor
Location: Dallas, TX (DFW area) - On-site

Summary
ZINTEX is a fast-growing home remodeling company running on a modern tech stack (Google
Workspace, cloud telephony, and a range of integrations). We are hiring an entry-level IT Help
Desk Support Specialist to be the first line of support for our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This is a launch-pad role: you will learn our systems from the ground up, mentored by our IT and
RevOps teams, with a clear path to grow into IT administration. We hire for curiosity and
aptitude - not years of experience.
Core Responsibilities
Help Desk & End-User Support
First point of contact for IT support requests via our help desk - triage, troubleshoot,
resolve, and escalate.
Day-to-day end-user support: laptops, logins/SSO/MFA, email, printing, and common
software.
Account Provisioning & Access
Provision and offboard user accounts across Google Workspace and other business
applications.
Security & Email Hygiene
Help administer email security and support basic security hygiene across the organization.
Telephony & Contact-Center Support
Assist with phone and contact-center support as we operate and improve our cloud
telephony platform.
Documentationย Keep IT documentation and runbooks current as you learn how we work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Genuinely tech-savvy and a fast learner - the person friends and family call for tech help.

Strong communication and customer-service instincts; patient and clear with non-technical
users.
Organized and reliable; able to juggle multiple requests without dropping them.
ย Comfortable with Google Workspace and general computer troubleshooting.
High school diploma or equivalent.ย Local to the Dallas/DFW area (on-site role).
Preferred (Nice to Have - We'll Teach It)
Exposure to a ticketing tool or basic scripting/automation.
