If you've worked in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or a NOC, and you're looking to grow your networking skills, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on enterprise networking experience while working alongside experienced network engineers. You don't need years of networking experience.

Candidates with networking coursework, certifications (Network+, CCNA, Fortinet), or a strong interest in networking are encouraged to apply. Take inbound calls from field technicians after equipment installations Validate newly installed network equipment using established procedures Verify connectivity for switches, routers, wireless access points, VoIP devices, and other network equipment Document work in Jira Service Desk Escalate issues to senior engineers when needed Help ensure stores are fully operational before opening each morning What We're Looking For Required Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, NOC, Call Center, or another IT support environment Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to follow technical procedures and document work accurately Comfortable working overnight hours Eagerness to learn and grow in a networking career Nice to Have (Not Required) Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge Exposure to switches, routers, wireless networking, or firewalls CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet, or similar certifications Experience with Jira or another ticketing system Retail technology support experience Don't meet every qualification.
