Job description

NFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Washington DC

The candidate will provide essential logistical and administrative management support necessary for the effective execution and oversight of contracted personnel.

  • Manages the generation and submission of monthly invoices directly through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
  • Serves as a primary liaison, mediating and resolving complex personnel, contractual, and billing disputes with the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
  • Collaborates proactively with the COR and Project Lead to identify and rapidly resolve emerging operational challenges.
  • Prepares and presents comprehensive contract performance and status updates during scheduled program meetings.
  • Drives compliance by ensuring that all assigned technical personnel are trained in and adhere strictly to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
  • Facilitates the onboarding and continuous staffing of technical personnel required for successful contract delivery.
