Project Services Team - Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (2nd Shift) 5:00pm-1:30am | $16-$18/hr | Newport News, VA

We're hiring Entry-Level Evening Floor Technicians to join our Project Services Team - a small, hand-selected crew trusted to complete specialized commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas.
This is not a "just show up" position. It's a role for someone dependable, serious about their work, and ready to build a long-term career.
No prior experience required - we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into advanced technician and leadership roles.
We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training.
You bring reliability, accountability, and pride in your work.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with stripping, waxing, buffing, and restoring commercial floors
  • Clean and maintain VCT, tile, and concrete surfaces
  • Operate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers - training provided)
  • Load and unload equipment at job sites
  • Follow safety and chemical handling guidelines
  • Complete projects on schedule and to quality standards

This is active, physical work requiring stamina, attention to detail, and consistency night after night.
